you've not been on long enough, 8 hours scene you made the account and 6 scene you made one hub, give it time to get some trafic
ad sense looks at it to determine if your just on to make money, or to inform
You're correct, but you can't earn from the HP ads program unless you have an Adsense account linked to your HP account.
I'm assuming you've had your Adsense account since before you joined Hubpages. Did you try logging out, clearing your browser's cache, and logging back in? Sometimes that helps. Otherwise, you need to use the contact form to get in touch with the technical team directly.
