Hub Copied and Spun - DMCA or no?

I found one of my hubs copied and badly spun on the aptly named "ArticleSnatch" Directory.  It has some phrases completely intact, others reworded and some of it is in a different order.  The spinner has given it a nice new shiny title too.  So, can I issue a DMCA notice?

Incidentally, the traffic for this hub was once pretty good, but has died back considerably (admittedly a common thread with all my hubs at the moment, but I do think that the copied content could be affecting this one).

    Thank you!

Most likely a spun copy of a Hub would fail the substantial similarity test, and therefore a DMCA complaint would certainly be in order.

Definitely do a DMCA complaint!  We have to keep these sleezes from stealing....your creation is yours no matter how they word it!

Yes, will be filing a DMCA form when I can work up the enthusiasm (which will probably be this evening)
