Problem Loading Amazon Capsule

    Hi,

    I am fairly new to HP and now have an active Amazon account. I tried to use this a few times, and all were unsuccessful. Nothing happens when I hit Preview Products (I think that's what the button is called.) Has anyone experienced anything similar?

    I did see a thread that says it's possible some versions of Firefox have something that blocks adds. If that's the case, how do you disable that?

    Hi ologsinquito! Sorry for the Amazon Capsule trouble.

    Are you hand-selecting products or inserting keywords?

    Are you getting any sort of error text saying that specific Amazon products could not be loaded?

    Have you tried using another browser?

    Hi Simone,

    Thank you so much for your quick reply. After reading another forum post on this same topic, I suspected I might have an ad blocker installed on Firefox. Fortunately, I have some in-house tech support and one of my kids, who had installed Adblock on my computer, easily solved the problem by going to "Add ons" and choosing the "remove" option.
