Earlier (perhaps before some Hubpages update) comments in my hubs were appearing in the order of oldest-first to the latest-last. Now the comments appear in the order of latest-first to the oldest-last.
Suppose I want to change to the former way, how do I do the resetting?

The setting can be done on a global basis:
Log-in> Account>Comments>Global Comment Capsule settings-show settings> make selection.
done on a per Hub basis by clicking on "edit" in the Comment Capsule whilst in 'EDIT' mode.

Currently all comments I receive on my hubs are set to be approved or denied before being published. I cannot find where I can disable it (or enable it later, if I want to).
