For the five months I've been hubbing, whenever I've added links I've always picked Open Link in New Window... Assuming this is better for the reader.
I've noticed some of the most experienced and highest rated Hubbers choose Open Link In Same Window.
What is the recommended approach here and why?

I've tried to do this with html, but it gets "cleaned up" and removed. Having links open in a new window is just good online business. It lets you send your readers to useful resources without sending them...
