After checking my backlinks in google webmaster tools tonight there was a 85% drop compared to my previous backlink total which I checked around 1 - 2 weeks ago. I was wondering if any other hubbers experienced this or is it just me?
No...I see it too.
My blogs are okay, but the HP links are pretty much gone.
We haven't made any major changes on our site as of late, so I am not sure what could have caused a sudden drop, though it should be natural to see fewer backlinks from HubPages than before with Hubs that are no longer Featured (http://hubpages.com/learningcenter/Featured-Hubs).
Do you think that might be the cause?
Google changed their algorithm that is why it is happened.
