Yes, Brie! That just means your Hub has lapsed out of Featured status (if you had not edited it recently, the cause is probably low traffic).
Just edit it, make changes to ensure it is more search-friendly (tweak the title, do some competitive research for any keywords the title is targeting, see what you need to do to beat the competition, etc.), improve its utility and quality, and re-publish it. It will become Featured once more.
