I seem to have lost two followers and I have not lost anyone since I started - perhaps it is just the harsh reality that they have left but I have seen other comments where people have mentioned a drop for no apparent reason....do you have any thoughts?
I think PD is right. The only other issues could be if you share a lot of hubs - that gets to be spammy, even if they're other Hubber's works. I unfollowed a person who continually 'shared' her own poems in the aftermath of the idled hubs thing. And I ended up unfriending her on FB, for the same reason.
Yeah, they might have been banned accounts, they might have been accounts whose owners decided to delete them, and they might have been Hubbers who maybe did not know your work well enough to Follow you in the first place and decided to stop following you because they realized they never clicked through on updates from you. Like Marcy says, sometimes our actions might lead other people to un-Follow us, but the other reasons are just as (if not more) common.
I wouldn't worry too much about it!
Thanks both! That makes sense - I hadn't considered that!

I just lost two followers in ten minutes time. I think that is a personal record. I wonder if it was something I said.

Hi everyone. I cover many geeky topics, like Pokemon, Star Wars, all that fun stuff. Sometimes I wonder if readers would be better served by multiple accounts, one per topic, so that they can quickly find what they want...
