For the past two days I have been trying to post my new works. I fill in the tittle, subject or theme and select continue, then nothing happens. The page reloads and blanks out everything I did and won't advance to the next page so that I can finally start building up my new hubs. Is anyone else having this problem?

We are unaware of any issue affecting authors abilities to create new Hubs.
Do you see the RECAPTCHA text to enter?
My guess would be the problems you are experiencing are related to your browser, computer, and/or network connection.
Main things to try.
1. Clear your browser cache
2. Restart the computer
3. Does the issue persist if you use a different browser like Firefox 19?
