Amazon Associates sign up issue.

    So with the success I had to finally joining up for Google Ads. I read a post in regards to joining income programs through hub-pages. I began looking into it more. Almost all of the programs require that first you have Google Ads approved. Except for the Amazon Associates. So I looked at that, and went to sign up for an associates account. I was filling in the application, and then found that North Carolina was not in the state list. I recruited family to make sure I wasn't just seeing things. Of course all saw the same thing. I have shot a quick inquiry mail to Amazon asking for an explanation. While I wait. I want to ask my fellow Huber. What do you think of this Amazon program? Have you had success with it? Is it worth this struggle? What do you think is going on that such an big company as Amazon will allow people to sign up to spend money with them from North Carolina, but will not allow them to earn money from them? Yes I am sniffing a possible new article here. big_smile

    Several states are excluded from Amazon associates for tax law reasons.
