    How do you attached a PDF document to a hub?

    You can't.  You could convert it to jpg and post it as a picture, or you could host it elsewhere and link to it

    Upload it to Google Docs or Dropbox public folder and provide a link? i think both options are free.

      Yes, I used the 'Upload to Google Docs, make public and share' option, works really well as PDFs display well in Google Docs.
