I don't know what to think of this site. I found it when I was searching for my hub. I don't think it's legit, I Told them to take reference to my article down anyway.
It is a list of articles, maybe hubs under their URL, but no article ever shows.
The page that you linked to in your question gets all the snippets from a blog which has been removed - if you look at the link in the snippets, you will see that each one says Via Promote Your Hubpages with a link underneath to the promoteyourhubpages blogspot address - that blog has been removed.
