FIXED: Subset of new Hubs stuck at "Quality Hubs thrive" 3/21 15:00PT

    I don't know what happened but I am unable to publish any hub. I can't go any further after choosing title for my hub. I get stuck on 'quality hubs thrive' page and can't press continue. I remember uninstalling a few programs last night. Is it happening because I uninstalled something important? If yes, then what is it? See the screenshot. It is the page I get stuck on.

      Thanks for the report.

      NOTE: This issue is only affecting a small subset of users.

      I have confirmed that new Hub creation is getting stuck at the "Quality Hubs thrive" screen.
      The buttons on that page do nothing.

      Confirmed Affected browsers in OS X and Windows
      -Chrome 25
      -Firefox 19
      -Opera 12
      - Safari

      Browsers confirmed not affected
      -Internet Explorer 10

      This issue has been forwarded to our engineering team to be addressed.

      This issue has not been resolved.
      It has been tested in Internet Explorer, Chrome, and Firefox.
      If you are still having issues, please clear browser cache and restart the browser as well.

    I am not facing this issue anymore. I can't even see the 'Quality hubs thrive' page now.

      Please carefully read the information on the screen as you create a new Hub.

      The title/URL you are using is already in use.

      Please choose a different title/URL for your Hub.

        Have there also been problems to day with hub activity not being updated? I know there has been activity - people viewing my hubs etc, - because I've received comments and such, yet it appears no view numbers have been updated for hours.
