    Hey everyone!

Hoping to make it easier for Hubbers to troubleshoot problems without waiting to hear back from us, we gave our "contact us" troublehooting flow a redesign have made it available through the "help" link in the top navigation bar of our site.

This help wizard offers are more curated troubleshooting experience (along with links to the Learning Center and FAQ).

Additional improvements to the help wizard will be made over the following week, and we welcome additional recommendations regarding subjects it should cover and issues through which it should guide lost Hubbers.

So that I can take proper action (and because, contrary to dubious belief, I do not live in the Forums), I would appreciate it if you email recommendations to me directly.

Big thanks to Marina, Matt M, and Paul Deeds for their contributions to the diverter's update and repositioning! Keep an eye out for additional updates. wink

Out of curiosity, I clicked Help. It informed me that for only $10, Western Union would send $800 to the Philippines. I never knew that.

Lol Para! This is good news for those with relatives in the Philippines (or $800 to spare).

The New Help Wizard will be very helpful. It streamlines the problems Hubbers may experience, and gives a quick way to seek help.

HubPages has continued to evolve in the almost 3 years I have been contributing writer. There have been growing pains, but without growth there cannot be new life.

Thank you Simone and thank you HubPages for continued expansion and maturity in the self-publishing industry.

    5 Stars & 2 Thumbs Up
