This website twylah Dot Com has a lot of hubpage articles on the site. It's mostly the first paragraph of Hubs, copied word for word, and then a picture. Some of my articles are on this site and I have noticed that my traffic for those articles is down. It's not benefiting me in anyway, is this site allowed to do this?
They're not linking back to your Hubs at all? If that's the case, I might file a DMCA.
no there is a link back to my site, but they've copied the first paragraph of my article.
copying the first para sounds like fair use to me.
There is probably another unrelated reason why your views have dropped. Even if your first para wasn't attracting any new readers it shouldn't put off the ones finding your hubs from other sources.

I noticed that hubs in niche sites no longer include the "More by this author" section below the hub. Is this just an oversight or was it a decision to drop it on niche sites?
