Hi agilitymatch! Thanks for reporting -- this is not an official HubPages ad. My understanding of Voice Five surveys is that they are cookie targeted and can be opted-out of on their privacy page: https://www.voicefive.com/privacy.aspx

I noticed at about 9am today that each time I look at any Hub, I get an ad filling my screen at first. Is this a new feature of HP? Thanks. I'm not clicking ads, honest!
