If a Hubber with a sufficiently high Hub Hopping accuracy level (in other words, a trustworthy Hub Hopper who gives fair ratings) gives a Hub a low quality rating in the Hopper, the Hub may indeed not be Featured as a result.

Every time I hop hubs my hubber score plummets. I would think that the time and care I put into this would improve my score. Is this a fluke or am I not doing a good job when hopping so my score falls?
