If you can provide some specific information related to the problem you are experiencing, we can do research and help you determine what might be occurring.
I just tested and was able to create a new Hub using Firefox 20 in Windows XP.

Providing a screenshot is the best way to let us know exactly what you are seeing and where.

Please review these articles and follow the trouble shooting steps provided.

If the issue persists after clearing your cache and the other steps prescribed, then we suggest trying a different web browser like Chrome, Opera, or Internet Explorer.

Well I just tried chrome seems to be implementing this new protocol for starting anew hub is full of bugs.  In the interest of maybe keeping us Hub-ers, happy rather than stroking the ego of whomever created this mess and then prematurely drop it on us, you need to with draw it til it can be fixed.  Just no use commons sense these days to much ego and aggorance.  I'll be back to check.
