Report (submit) issues in the new Hub Hopper

    I'm having trouble submitting a report (flag) in the new HubHopper (Firefox, Mac OSX). Haven't tried it in other browsers.

    Can open the report drop down, select and type in a reason, but 'Submit' doesn't work - the drop down remains open.

      My apologies for that inconvenience, nifwlseirff! We'll get to the bottom of it- when Matt gets in, he'll be able to take a closer look. Thanks for being vigilant and reporting things for us!

      @nifwlseirff I just tested using Firefox 20 and OS X 10.7.5 and the report function appeared to work properly.
      Can you post URL for the Hopper you are using?

      You are using Firefox 17, so I would advise upgrading to the latest version of Firefox and clearing your browser cache.
      If that does not address the issues, then you can try these browser trouble shooting steps.

        I didn't realise my silly browser was 3 versions out of date - thanks! Updating now, and will clear caches.
