I got more featured hubs, but why my account score from 78 to 69 now?
Last time I added more than 50 followers, so my score from 78 to 71, but last weekend, I deleted a lot just keep 12 followers, my score from 71 to 75, but yesterday drop to 69, I have 9 featured hubs, and 5 idled hubs, which should I do now to improve my account score? Now I just keep 4 followers, and what for the next step?
The next step is to ignore your Hubber Score for now and continue to focus on publishing high quality content. One possibility is that your Hubber Score dropped because you suddenly Followed a lot of people on HubPages, but I'm not sure if you did that (just something to avoid).
Generally speaking though, Hubber Scores can fluctuate for reasons beyond our reasoning and it's best to ignore them.
Did you put too much garlic in your spagetti last night? That's probably what did it.
I'm pretty sure score fluctuates depending on views and ratings

I have spent the last month editing, updating, and writing new hubs. This week I received an email from HubPages that I have published 25 Featured Hubs, which puts me in the Top 3% of Hubbers that have "achieved...
