For some days ago now have been find way to start and post in my hub but the thing is not respond well.Although have been directed to go on normal web but due to some circumstances i did not have time to do that,this is reason why every browsing i made here is on my phone.I have tried many times and cheked the page where i can start create my hub but it did not show well.Now i need anybody who can give me guide line.

You can't build Hubs on a phone or any mobile device really, the interface is horrible.
