Help uploading a screen shot saved in .png format to a Hub

    I have captured and saved a website screen that I wish to use in my hub.  I captured it with Snagit and saved in my computer as a .png file.  When I go to the photo upload section of the hub and select the file from my documents Hubpages cannot upload it.  They are telling me it it must be in .gif, .jpg or .png format which it is.  I then resaved it .jpg format and it would not load either.  It is 856K well with in the accepted size.  Can anyone please tell me what I am doing incorrectly.  Thanks in advance.

    I don't know what the problem is, but if you can't get it sorted out, you might try uploading the pic to an online hosting site like photobucket or imageshack and then loading it into hubpages as an internet source.

      Thank you for helping me out. After many tries, Hubpages finally took it and uploaded as a png file.  Hopefully the next ones will be easier.
