You just open a video capsule in edit mode and paste the URL.
You are using a link, so no permission is needed.

I've seen this question floating around. I use both adsense and the hubpage ad program. Am I in violation of the adsense TOS by embedding youtube videos in my hubs as they are already monetized by adsense?

YouTube says I can't download their videos. Is this true? I've seen YouTube videos on other people's hubs. Must I purchase them or what? (I hope I don't seem totally clueless.) Please help.
