My Amazon Capsule shows the used price, not the retail price of $16.15.
Why is that?
It will show the lowest available new price from Amazon or any of the stores that sell through Amazon. The price you're seeing isn't a used price, but rather a new price that is lower than Amazon's price (although it may not be lower when Shipping is considered).
