How can I configure the ad program and eBay program, without a PayPal account? I'm already set with Google adsense, and and amazon, but not the other two. Also,if the ad program is not configured, am I making money out of the ads already appearing in my two hubs?
Could I be paid through other means other than PayPal? Maybe Google Checkout?
I know I already asked too many questions, so I'll stop now. Hopefully, I'll get an answer soon.
