I'm still pretty new here and learning the ropes. In my news feed I saw hubbers sharing their own older posts and also sharing posts by others. I wasn't aware you could do that. Do you just post the URL in the status field? I haven't seen a share button anywhere... When I've found cool/interesting hubs I've been sharing them on FB in groups or one of my several FB pages. But, there is no way for a fellow hubber to know that I liked it enough to share, only that they maybe randomly some extra views... How do you share hubs on Hubpages?
Just under the Facebook, Twitter, and Pinit buttons there is a link for Hubpages Followers. Click that link to share a hub. Generally, you do not want to share your own hubs, you want to share other hubs you find interesting.
Carolyn, Generally when I share people's hubs I also let them know (e.g., Voted up and shared). People usually appreciate the extra bump in traffic that usually occurs.

Internal sharing means internal traffic - and internal traffic doesn't make money the way external traffic does. There is already external traffic counts for tweets, pins and likes.

For the last several days if I wish to share a good hub from a HP author with my followers, it won't do it for some reason. Is anyone else having this problem?

I would love to see a feature that Hubbers could explain - in say, maybe 100 characters? - why they are sharing a particular Hub with their followers. I just shared a Hub but would love to have been able to tell people...
