Simply go back in and edit your hub.
You can select a new topic by editing the feature at the very top of your hub.
Marketing Merit has already offered a solution. However, I fear it may not be possible to change the Url at this stage. Please make it a point to spend little more time while starting a new hub. Try different options under different heading of topics and then decide. Welcome to HubPages.
You can't change the url, but you can change your Topic area. Edit your Hub and your Topic breadcrumbs will be at the top of your page above your title. Click the edit button and you can change your Topic area. Welcome!
Just click to edit the hub and at the very top of the page above the title you will the category for your hub. You can change it to whatever you need to change it to without any issues and then click done and the hub will now be featured under that new category.
I think you have been cleared with all facts how to do change in hub while it is featured .
