Yes, I did. But most of them are low quality and low traffic and as soon as they start building reputation and traffic, they will enable moderation and most probably will remove older comments. This means that they just make their blogs auto-approve to get comments and links from lists. I have not seen a single high quality blog with auto-approved comments.
