Why are so many questions and comments being put on HubPages Tutorials and Community
(Share tips and tricks with fellow Hubbers on how to attract traffic and make money from your Hubs.) when they have nothing to do with tips and tricks to share with fellow Hubbers or how to improve hubs? Just asking I see so much on here that doesn't belong. There are places for comments that have nothing to do with Hubs but are more like blog comments. This question probably doesn't belong here either.
