I am pretty new to the computer world, but I will give you all the info that I can. Here's the current problem-when I start a thread in the forums, then look to see if it is there, sometimes it's not.
I use both Chrome and Firefox and still no dice.
My operating system is Windows.

I looked at the forum and see you posted 4 times to that thread as well as edited one of them.
You may want to clear your browser cache and refresh the browser.

lorelie, did you check the Forums tab on your profile page to see if it posted? Sometimes HP moves a thread to the topical forums if you started a discussion in the HP related forums. You can also check 'my activity' to see if your comments posted.
