My CPM rates have risen in the past few days, but I don't know if that's a fluke.
Do more established hubbers and/or hubs get ads with higher CPM rates or are ads spread around randomly?
CPMs fluctuate depending on what ads Hubads had available to serve, and what ads align with your hub topics. There is no innate thing about being here longer that affects that. They go up, the go down. Mostly down if you look at the last few years.
CTR, CPC and RPM have all drastically dropped on HP for me in the last week.
There for a while they were higher than everybody else then....thud.

...the lower my CPM. So I make no more money. I love that about the HP Ad Program. Nice to lock in low returns with no hope for more.
