I'm not sure, but could it be because you haven't been logging back often? Just a thought.

The hub score depends on many things like. How many visits your hubs receive, how many comments they receive. If you change something in your published hubs like inserting an affiliate link or something that might lower your score.
Try to remember what have you done differently from in this time and try to change it back.
If the traffic to your hubs is lower then try to build some backlinks or do some SEO

most likely it's because you've recently published three new hubs which always drops the score a slight bit and you have no other activity really. Participation in the site as a whole is a big part of your score. Participate in forums and read and comment on some hubs. Try the hub hopper tool, too and venture in to the answer section.

Hubscores and Hubber Scores change all the time, and especially when you have a small number of hubs, each little change makes a drastic impact in the overall score.  Don't worry, over time, they tend to even out.  Yes, they still fluctuate, but you get used to it, and they don't fluctuate so wildly.  Ignore them, and keep on writing.
