Are we allowed to buy 'hubs' from other users?

   I was just curious as to whether we could buy/sell hubs from one another? If so, I am interested.

      There is no way to transfer them.
      
      Copying content over would mean you lose all age, backlinks and comments.

      You can't buy existing Hubs, but you could engage a Hubber to write a Hub or Hubs for you.

      Accepted.  I am currently in the market for a hub on "How to Make a Cold Fusion Electric Generator", with detailed instructions and photos.  Must include graphs showing at least a 5 KW output, sustainable for a minimum of 10 days without refueling.  No less than 1500 words, with a maximum of 3,000.
      
      I'm willing to pay $5, with a bonus if it stays #1 in the SERP's for a period of 400+ days.

            You may wing it, but you MUST include detailed construction photos and efficiency/output data for completed generator.  Please note that all rights to photos and text must transfer with the hub and an additional $2 bonus will be paid if patents are transferred as well.

         $5 is taking the pee, quite frankly.
         
         A good hubber's worth more than that.  Do you have ANY idea how hard it is to write a full hub, with all the formatting, images, thought entailed... that'll pass through all the filters and judges?
         
         $50's a starting point.....
