Once I log-in to my Hub account, I am being over-run with sexually explicit pop-ups. It only occurs once I log in to my account and is not present on any other web pages that I may visit. I have explored my account settings and have not been able to locate a way to disable these. Can you help?
Sorry you are having issues with pop-up ads.
Many times such pop-ups are the result of malware on a user's computer.
I would suggest doing a malware and virus scan on your computer.
You may also want to check and see if the issue persists in a different web browser like Firefox.
If after you have tried these steps, you are still seeing pop-ups, please provide screenshots showing the content.
The best way to share this information is via the help section on our site found here.
