Hi, I copy link to my clipboard,I highlight the words I want to create the link to, paste the link intot he appropriate window but nothing happens.  The words don't highlight and the link is not created.  also tried to put links specifically in a links capsule but I am unable to do this either.  I have done this many times before.  Is anyone else having this issue?

It looks like you may be using Internet Explorer.
There is a known issue related to adding links to Hubs in Internet Explorer 11.
You can find more details here.

We hope to resolve this soon, but in the meantime you can insert links using the HTML view or try a different browser.

Make sure you have copied the entire link!

This can sometime happen if the application you are using to copy and paste is not link aware, or you may need to press a space after the link, so for example, copy www.bbc.co.uk and then add a space to tell the software that this is the end of the hyperlink.

Otherwise the link is not valid, but this is easily checked, just copy and paste the link into your browser and see what happens.

If nothing work for you, Anne, you can always do what I do, put footnotes or credits at the bottom of your article (hub) and type the links in a textbox, at least this works for me. I haven't bothered myself with trying to get the link capsules to work. I use Internet Explorer, too. I have no problems with photos, videos, or text links. ~~~
