    In fact, I wonder.
I was a hub which titled "Losing Weight Phases"
    http://amrelnawawy.hubpages.com/hub/Los … ght-Phases
and it was featured before. But I had a problem with its URL, it wasn't SEO optimized.
So, I deleted the old hub and created a new one with the same previous content, capsules and photos. Well? Plus I added one video capsule to make it more rich.

The surprise was when I got back for it after revising and I got mail which tells me: Your hub doesn't featured because of quality issues. !!!!!!!!!!!

In fact, I don't understand why!

The happened with my hub "The 4 Secrets Of The Easiest Way To Lose Weight"
    http://amrelnawawy.hubpages.com/hub/The … ose-Weight

    So, I'm asking now: Why?
It was the same content, capsules, photos and even titles.

    Please, help me.

    Thanks a lot

That would be the (newer) QAP process at work.  You'll want to read this,

    http://hubpages.com/learningcenter/publishing-standards

Taking a guess from your post here, your Hubs may have a problem with English grammar.

I love your 'way with words'. I wish you would contribute more to the forum because you have long experience on this site and seem to truly understand IM.

            Sorry sad
But her answer doesn't meet my question.

I explained that the previous hub had approved before.

            ???????????

      No,
I wrote this post quickly without revising and if you notice what I mean you will discover that I didn't any changes of existence approved hub.

If I had grammar mistakes, they wouldn't approve my hub from the beginning.
By the way, I'm committed with QAP

As the above sentence entirely proves my point, I'm done here.

Sometimes the QAP assessors make mistakes.   I suspect they made a mistake the first time.  Your grammar and spelling are very poor and you're using stolen photos, so it is definitely not good enough to be Featured.

You were very useful for me.
Could you advise me for a rich resource for free photos without copyrights?
          Waiting your reply.

You'll find a Hub on my profile on how to use photos from Flickr on your Hubs - but do be careful, because not all photos on Flickr are free to use. You need to follow the instructions carefully.

We are not allowed to post links to our Hubs in these forums.  Go to my profile and you'll find it in the slider.

You should also only use non-copyright photos.  I recognize some of your pictures from stock sites and suspect you have not paid to use them as required.

I brought them by google image search hastily.

I'm going to manage this issue in future.

Bug again, this doesn't meet my case. The hub had been approved before with the same photos.

      Why?????????????????????

The system has changed, and the various people that assess hubs vary in how picky they are about different potential problems.

Having been approved before does not really mean anything.  Just focus on what you can fix now.

if you use multiple question marks after questions, does this mean that you are asking the same question multiple times?  In some circles doing this can be considered very rude.
You have been given some good advice by several people above.  Why not consider revising them before you try to republish them.

        It is a good idea.
        Thanks a lot sallybea.
Actually, I'm revising both of them now to improve. Also, I'm going to revise QAP to check if I forget something or so.

        Thanks a lot again smile
