I have IE9 and I'm still can't edit my hub (add pictures). What's up?
Other people are having problems uploading photos today, too, even using Chrome.
I just tested this and was able to reproduce the issue using Internet Explorer 11 in Windows 7 and 8.
This has been forwarded to our engineering team and we hope to deploy a fix soon.
In the meantime, please try Firefox. If you have not done so already, please clear your browser cache as well.
Thanks for your continued patience.
Thanks very much. I have tried Firefox and still have problems. But I will clear the cache too.
There appear to be some major issues with Internet Explorer 11 right now that are not specific to HubPages

We suggest using the latest stable version of Firefox for the best HubPages experience.

We just deployed a fix for this issue.
I confirmed using Internet Explorer 11 in Windows 8.1 that the photo upload feature in the photo capsule is working properly again.
Please clear your browser cache and restart your computer if you are still having issues.
HubPages does not work best with IE. Try Firefox or Chrome instead.
I am using Chrome and I am having serious problems editing. I try to insert a capsule, and it won't show up. I have to click 'done editing', and then click 'edit' again, then it will be there. When I type up my text capsules, and click 'save', it will pop up with an error message, telling me to click edit and save again, and that the problem will be reported to the engineers. And, when I logged in last, all my hubs were missing from the main page with the list of hubs.
Looks like the problem may have returned after fix was deployed.

I think the browser type is not the problem because so many have tried different ones. I have. I hope you find the problem and it can be corrected.
Please see above.

I tested using Firefox, Opera, Chrome and Internet Explorer on multiple machines and only encountered issues using Internet Explorer.
If you are experiencing photo upload issues with a non-IE browser, please clear the cache, upgrade your browser to the latest stable version, and restart your computer.

If you then still have issues, please provide detailed information regarding the problems so that we can reproduce any potential issue and forward it to our engineering team to be addressed.
This thread explains in detail the sort of information needed for bug reports.

For anyone who upgraded to Windows 8.1, Internet Explorer 11 came with it and you may have noticed that you can enter links in your hubs through this browser. It still works in Firefox 25, but just a heads up!

Hi everyone,I hate to even ask at this point, but will the people who were having problems with the new photo capsule in Internet Explorer see if the problems have gone away? We just did an update to the site and are crossing our fingers hoping that we've solved the problem this time.Thanks.

I use the internet with Firefox. All other websites seem to load just fine, my internet connection is pretty fast, but Hubpages is getting increasingly slower for me. Also, the picture and text problem with not saving when working on a hub is still an issue. I add a picture, upload, put in a...
