Published a hub today and it seems to have received a 1 for a hubscore.

It is a featured hub as well.

Could you please advised why it has received such a bad hub score. Like it terrible!!!

    Thanks
    Anne

It possibly is a glitch. It has happened to me on my other account where a hub I published was featured with a hub score of zero. How can a featured Hub start at zero? Unless something has changed that we do not know about,  I think it might be a system error.

Gah, it is slowly growing to...4 now!

        Crazy!

Two of the featured hubs I have published recently have achieved the formidable scores of '4' and '6' - I suspect its a glitch in the matrix.

Eventhough it has raised to a 7 now, YEAH!!! it has brought my hubpage profile score down and also other hub that was linked to it has also dropped! Hubpages, HELP!!!

Your hubs receive scores based on the QAP scores. The hub may not be bad enough to not feature but still need extensive work in order to get excellent scores. Try updating the hub and see what happens.

This is obviously a glitch.  A real "1" would not have passed QAP and been featured.

Organised Kaos, I'm way ahead of you. The featured hub I published yesterday started at 0, and is now at a stratospheric 11! Seriously, I searched for this topic to see if this was listed as some kind of bug. I'm wondering if it has to do with HP staffing over the holiday. Anyway, it's good to know I'm not alone.

We are looking into the issue.
So far it looks like it was a transient issue affecting a subset of Hubs.
      Scores should gradually be fixed.
I will post updates as I have them.

Thanks for taking time to report the issue and for your continued patience.

I am not impressed.  Yesterday I published a hub on a new account and it had a score of -1 (minus one, although it was featured).  Now that was special!

I had one that I just published with a 1 also, when they usually start in the 70's.  I just unpublished it and put it on my blog.

HP has a new system for 2014. It awards '1' for the best in category - Congratulations!
