On discussions about the technical aspect of youtube videos, I've seen that there is a way to utilize format their urls so that the video will begin at a specific point of time and end at a specific point of time. However, every single time I try to do this on my Hub, the entire video is posted all the time, no matter what. So is it possible to set up the video so that it will only show part of it on Hubpages?
Yes you can.
When you are copying the YouTube Video URL you must start the video, pause it at the time you want it to start, then right click on the video, select "copy video URL at current time". That should do it.
As WriterFox mentioned, the current video capsule does not support starting a 3rd party video like YouTube at a specific point in time.
I have moved this thread to the feature suggestion forum as I think this could be a useful feature.

I have never really looked into, do you just basically make a video or does it need a lot of accompanying contect? How do they perform here compared to content only Hubs?
