I have a Google AdSense Account Associated with Hubpages, I also have my Paypal and Tax information submitted. I have been using adsense for quite a while, and I'm now trying to sign up for the Hubpages Ad Program, which says it's not active. When I click on Configure, it says "Associate Google AdSense Acct." I sign in with my current AdSense acct. and it keeps redirecting me right back to my Earnings page. I have tried enabling cookies and my ssl I don't know what else to do. Any suggestions?
The problem is that your AdSense Publisher ID was linked manually (many years ago when we allowed that) instead of using the Google AdSense Host API. You should be able to re-link your id via the API by choosing "Yes" here and following the instructions:

Once that is done you should be able to enable the HubPages Ad Program.
