I assume you mean, on HubPages? You can use Amazon - but frankly, I wouldn't waste your time.
However, the big question is - why don't you have Adsense? Is it because you've applied and been turned down? That's not the end of the story - you can apply again. It's common to be turned down if you don't have enough of a track record to satisfy them you're serious.
Give it three months and write another 20 or 30 Hubs, then apply again - you'll probably get accepted. Don't feel disgruntled because you're writing for free - your Hubs will get hardly any traffic in the first three months anyway, so you won't miss much.
Sorry, no adsense, no payment. Hubpages use adsense revenues to pay us. Without that, they would not be able to make payments to hubbers.
