   WOW! Londongirl...congrats! It must have been a great feeling! It is 97 now tho! No worries..you were there and thats what matters!I had reached 99 once,but I missed seeing it,but some one else brought it to my notice..

   Btw, if you press Ctrl and PrtSc (print screen) then open up paint and Ctrl V (like normal Paste) you will have done a screen shot.

         No need to apologise, and your not dumb. I only know because of the Hubpages BBCode help on the forums!
         
         You need to host the image somewhere. I use www.photobucket.com It's free and easy to use.When you've hosted, it will give you a URL for the image. Copy and paste that URL into where the "xxx" is below. 
         
         [img]xxx[/img]
         
         And when you preview, you'll get your image.
