FYI, those video ads are playing again at the bottom of forum threads and hubs. The last one was for Mucinex allergy medicine. When they play, typing acts weird, like the keys are stuck. It might be because I'm using IE instead of Google Chrome.
Sometimes rogue ads do work there way into the rotation.
Hard to tell for sure, but it sounds like it could also be malware or adware on your systems, especially if you only see the content in one browser.
You might want to do a malware scan on your computer.
If you are still seeing the ads after, try to take some screen shots, let us know and we can see if we can track the ads down.

Is it just me or is everyone else getting ads showing up on every page (even this one) There is a banner ad showing up just under the Hubpages header and under the ad there is a notice -ads not by this site-

Many of my hubs feature little kid's birthday party ideas and on most of them these are the kinds of ads I am seeing on the bottom of the page. I don't think it looks great especially since they are way off topic.
