I am extremely happy to report my Memorial Weekend traffic did not hit a new low for the year. Last year it was the beginning of my death knell for the summer. The new Panda? HP being HP? Who knows?
Yep, I've suffered a significant drop from earlier this year. But nowhere near as disastrous as last year.
And, interestingly, I noticed I took a major and permanent hit on March 21. Anyone know anything on that? Just me or something generic?
Please post absolutely anything here that can provide traffic clues. Yep, feel free to belabor tips, etc.
A long, hot summer that is not. That is the goal.
It was around that time my traffic went way downhill. It has improved since this latest Panda update, unless it goes down again since it isn't finished.
Historically, my traffic goes down around that same time every year. So I'm not thinking too much about it.

I wanted to share two trends I see in content that are very successful today. The first one is what I call the opposing argument to the search term. Google wants balanced search results. You will often see articles that...
