By not worrying about getting followers. Write hubs and interact and they will come over time
Followers don't really make you the money as it is mainly other hubbers whom do not access the adds etc. They will come over time but concentrate in getting into the search engines.
The way you get followers is to write useful, popular content that only appeals to other writers of this site.
