I have been away from my internet for a month and returned HubPages yesterday only to find out that I no longer have emails notifying me of new hubs published by hubbers I am following. I am only receiving emails notifying me of new comments to hubs I am already following. I hope you can help.
The system tries to make sure you do not receive unwanted emails and if you did not read any of the notifications for a month, we see that as perhaps the messages not being wanted.
For notifications in general, make sure that you have the one you want to receive set to "always" here.
In addition to that your email system may be classifying the messages as SPAM, so check your SPAM folder and try these steps to make sure you receive messages going forward.
Thank you Mathew and everyone else who replied to my query. I am now happy to say that the problem has been resolved.
