The first trouble shooting step it to disable or uninstall any ad-blocking software.
You can find the related entry in the FAQ here as well.
      http://hubpages.com/faq/#product-capsule-missing

Here are some other general browser tips as well.

If that doesn't resolve the issues, please provide a bit more detail so we might be able to help you.

Can you explain what specifically you mean by "not working"?
Are they not showing up? Are you searching for items and not finding them?
Is this related to a specific Hub or all of your Hubs?
Please provide examples of Hub URL and/or titles for specific examples.

Have you tried to search by keyword in the Amazon Capsule?  I always use the keyword option. I type in the name of the book  (or item) I want and it usually shows up -- or I use keywords, not too many.

I've had a lot of trouble too but I find out that it works better if I copy and paste the whole URL instead of just the ASIN number
But that's not always either but more than likely than not it works for me

I have had to back out of the edit mode and renter in order to get my Amazon capsules to work... that might work for you...

Again, I know what you're talking about it will usually say Amazon is not giving a price and then you have to do the whole URL of the page that you're on in into it and then it normally works about 70% of the time , the keyword part is not working or if you enter the ASIN number does not work all the time either. Copy and paste the URL of the Amazon page and see if that works
