Hi. I'm new to HubPages and have just finished writing my first hub. This, I understand, requires phone verification. I provided my Indian mobile number but did not receive the Text message or the call. I guess I tried too many times and I'm now getting a message telling me to try again after 24 hours. Well, after 24 hours, I'm back and this time when I hit 'Publish' I'm getting the message that a confirmation code has already been sent and I need to enter it. Actually, I did not receive one to begin with. Please help. I've received some suggestions on the other section of the forum but none of them have worked (though I do appreciate how friendly and helpful they've been.).
Thanks Alison...However, there is no option for the SMS verification.
Okay. So this time I've got the option to choose between sms and voice call verification. I opted for voice call and it came through. I was asked to hit 1 which I did and then 8...(don't know for what)...I don't think I hit 8...then total silence. I'm confused.

i want to publish a hub and it is asking me to give my telephone number so that i may get a confirmation code. however despite may attempts no message is coming to my mobile. what do i do????
