Previously I had some hubs of mine stolen but they were published on blogger so that was easy to take care of. Now one of my hubs, which is a recipe hub, was stolen and published on ireport.cnn.com
How do I get it removed from that website? Thanks for your help.
The DMCA process works with CNN too, but personally I'd send them a huge bill for using my content first.

...and here's where to file the complaint:

Hi! This is a helpful Hub link below How to File DMCA Complaints for Stolen Content:

The guy used all my text (and even photo) word for word except he also added a few keywords of his own it seems. When I went on his profile over there it said the profile is no longer available.
HP says to include the following line in the email when filing a complaint but I have no idea what it means. Can someone clarify?
Here is the line: "I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials described above as allegedly infringing is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
That's standard language, affirming that the content is infringing, and that you haven't authorized its use. Every DMCA complaint I've filed has required some form of this statement.
Ok. Thanks. I didn't want to send the email w/o knowing what it meant.

I just found that one of my Hubs was stolen in June 2014 and published in a magazine. I wouldn't have found out about it except that they have now put their magazine on-line. It was stolen by a slick looking magazine in Australia, and I am from the US. I told them if it wasn't...

I have a number of hubs whose content has been stolen. I've tried to trace the people and the websites, in order to file a DMCA but I keep getting a dead end - many are posted on sites in India etc. Is there any point in trying to continue with this? I seem to have wasted so much time trying to...

HP tells me my article Guns for Children has been stolen by a website called Brutalist Press. The offending website says it is "copied" by someone called Helga Dagmar. HP offers advice on what to do but most of it is quite beyond my technology skills, and some of the links admin offers go...

Usually I find a couple pieces of stolen article copy on different sites. Today, it's more than enough to make me comment here. HP notifies us, adds the complaint link, and the complaint file cut-paste copy but little else to build a brick wall against content thieves. For every click...

Why can't hubpages do something about our articles stolen by the likes of Apceo? It seems they take just about everything but HP does nothing! HP will lose out too because authors will start removing their pieces.

I published a poem on HP in 2012. I thought it was very good, but it never got much traffic. I unpublished it. When it was on HP, it was copied and used verbatim on a blog on Blogger. I did not know that at the time.I tried to republish it on HP, and was informed it as a...
