How do I get my password for my newly transfered HUB/LENS ?

    Hello

    I've been a Hubpages user for a long time, way before the squidoo transfer

    I noticed my lenses were transferred to http://thesatanrecords.hubpages.com

    HOWEVER I can't log in to that account on Hubpages, why ?

    I noticed also that the email I used on squidoo is the same for my current account (the one with which I am posting)

    could that be the reason ?

    by the way, I received no email from either hubpages or squidoo on that email account

    my question is how can I log into the newly transferred account

    PS i read this http://hubpages.com/squidoo/faq#Email-Conflicts but as I mentioned, i haven't received any email

      Passwords were not transferred from Squidoo.  You should have received an email with instructions on setting up a new password and email address (if there was a conflict), so you might want to check your spam folder.

      But if you cant' find  it, go here and enter the email address for your squidoo account, check the box, and click submit, and you should get another email with instructions.

        Hello

        that will only work for my current account (this one) when I uncheck the "newly transferred from squidoo" box

        if I check it I don't receive any email

        the emails for this account and the squidoo one are the same

    Hi I have a similar issue! Ive tried the password reset, but when the email comes through the link in it doesn't work! It says Safari can't open page, to many redirects! Driving me mad that I just can't seem to get access

      Hi daisydayz! Do you mind trying the password reset in a browser other than Safari? If that doesn't work, please let us know. Thanks!

      You can also try signing out of HubPages before you click that link. That might do it as well.
